Currentx Flowly Academy provides professional education programs related to video ad audience targeting. Descriptions on this site are informational and may change as cohorts update.
Accounts and communications
When you contact us, you warrant that your details are accurate. We may respond using the email or phone you supply. You are responsible for securing your own inbox and devices.
Intellectual property
Course materials, marks, and site content remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal learning during an active enrollment we confirm in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site, interfere with security, upload malware, or misrepresent affiliation with Currentx Flowly Academy. We may suspend interactions that appear abusive or fraudulent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
