Overview
This policy explains refunds for tuition paid to Currentx Flowly Academy for listed programs. Prices on the site are informational until confirmed on an invoice or order acknowledgment.
Cooling-off period
Where the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies, you may withdraw within seven days of purchase without penalty unless services have begun with your consent.
Extended goodwill window
For online cohorts not yet started, we may offer a fourteen-day goodwill cancellation from payment confirmation when statute allows. Cohort start dates are stated on confirmations.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after materials access begins, we may deduct reasonable value for delivered sessions and digital assets already supplied.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees, printed materials already shipped at your request, or bespoke mentor blocks delivered are generally non-refundable once consumed.
Process
Email hello@currentx-flowly.one with your full name, cohort, and payment reference. We respond within five business days with status and timing.
Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible within fourteen business days after approval, subject to processor timelines. Consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected.
