Logistics & scope
No. We mention tools only when pedagogy requires it, and we do not accept paid placement inside lessons.
Each seat is individual so mentor notes map to a person. Teams should purchase the number of seats they need.
Materials are English-first with bilingual office hours on request for enterprise blocks — note this in your enquiry.
We teach and critique; operators apply changes inside your own accounts. Hands-on configuration is out of scope.
Data & delivery
We teach how to widen confidence intervals and document uncertainty. We do not fabricate precision.
Select cohorts include edited replays for thirty days; bootcamps may omit video to protect participant privacy.
Korean invoices are issued where applicable; international desks receive documentation suitable for their procurement rules.
Legal review of claims, hands-on ad account edits, and guaranteed placement outcomes are not included in tuition.
Policies
Guest mentors rotate quarterly; core staff listed on the About page remain consistent for continuity.
Medical or relocation pauses may be granted with documentation; casual pauses are limited to protect cohort integrity.
